Obituary for "Baby" Leia Louise Mae Torres Harmes
On the eve of February 23, 2023, our beautiful angel, Leia Louise Mae Torres Harmes entered our earthly home. God decided he wanted her home with him, so he wrapped his loving arms around her sweet, innocent soul and she ascended to heaven to be with the good Lord and all her family who were anxiously awaiting her arrival.
Leia's parents, Monique Torres and Joseph Harmes will forever hold her in their hearts until she can be reunited with them in heaven. Leia has 4 brothers and 1 sister. Marcus, Odin, Wynter, Tony and Chloe will miss her and think of her with much love. Leia's grandparents, Diana Mae Montoya, Joe Torres, and Cathy Harmes are also grieving the loss of their precious granddaughter, but know she is safe in the arms of God and her papa, Gibby Harmes. Manuel M. and Margaret Rosella Torress, Joe and Barbara Colistro, and Antonio and Eduvigen Harmes also greeted Leia as she entered Heaven. Leia has a large extended family who also love her very much.
Our sweet angel is loved and will be missed every second of every minute of every hour of every day for all eternity. Rest easy beautiful, sweet child of ours.
Leia will be laid to rest on Monday, March 6, at 11:00 in the La Veta cemetery where a graveside service will be held. She will be surrounded by her family and friends who love her. We are so appreciative of the support our families have received during this very sad and heartfelt time. We would like to share a meal with you all. It will be held at the Eagle's Hall in Walsenburg, Colorado after the service. Thank you all and God bless us all.

Leia will be laid to rest on Monday, March 6, at 11:00 in the La Veta cemetery where a graveside service will be held. She will be surrounded by her family and friends who love her. We are so appreciative of the support our families have received during this very sad and heartfelt time. We would like to share a meal with you all.
