He was born to Isaac and Violet Baylor, October 23, 1946 in Manzanola, Colorado. He was 73 years of age.
Charles is survived by his wife, Caroline Baylor, children, Ken (Kris) Baylor of Manzanola, Colorado Jeff (Jan) Baylor of Las Animas, Colorado four step-children, Leldon Tomlin of Olney Springs, Colorado Yvonne (Clinton) Miller-Stratford of Texas, Harold (Georgiana) Tomlin of Fowler, Colorado, Thomas Tomlin, 17, grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and one great great-grand child, sister, Barbara Sullivan of Nebraska, Thelma (Lynn) Osborn of Oregon, Raelene Hust Galusha of California, and sister in-law Jesse Baylor of Utah, numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Violet and Isaac Baylor and brother John Wayne Baylor, sister Thelma Osborn.
He was married to Caroline for 35 years. Charles enjoyed raising baby goats and calves, welding and teaching his grandkids. He also loved fishing, camping and hunting. He will be greatly missed.
