Delores “Dolly” Grajeda of La Junta, Co, entered into rest, June 12, 2017 at the Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, CO. Dolly was born October 2, 1946 in La Junta, CO to Louis and Rose Morales. She was 70 years of age.
Dolly is survived by her brother, Sonny Morales of Las Animas, CO, children, Brenda (Alfred Mondragon) Vigil of La Junta, CO, George (Raylene) Vigil of La Junta, CO, Rosanne Chavez of Denver, CO, Junior (Katie) Morales of La Junta, CO, Joey Hernandez of La Junta, CO and Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is also survived by her close friends, Patricia Nava and Pat Clementi.
Dolly is preceded in death by her parents Louis and Rose Morales, daughter, Cheryl Hernandez and sister, Gloria Morales.
She enjoyed painting ceramics and she won several ribbons entering her artwork in state fairs. Dolly loved her dogs and cats and she had a great spirit and good will towards everyone. She will be remembered for her generosity and her loving nature. She will be greatly missed.
A visitation will be held Thursday, June 15, 2017 from 6:00PM – 8:00PM and a Memorial Service will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday June 20, 2017 both services will be held at Johnson-Romero Family Funeral Home in La Junta.
