He was very funny and always laughing, joking and smiling. Everyone around him was definitely going to have a good time. He enjoyed music, and his friends. He just graduated high school, and we were all very proud of him. He wanted to be a paleontologist. He was working at Lewis Nut and Bolt, before he moved to Kansas. He was learning to lay drywall and was very excited to learn that. He loved his family and his friends. Devlin loved everything with his whole heart. He was brilliantly smart and brave. He loved adventures. He was kind and loved animals and nature. His favorite movie when he was a kid was Jurassic Park. He wanted to help everyone and was a very good friend to many kids that lived in La Junta. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew him and loved him.
