Grace LeBlanc of Rocky Ford, Colorado, entered into rest, December 6, 2017 at the Pioneer nursing Care Center in Rocky Ford, Colorado. She was born to Annie and Alvino LeBlanc Jr., May 20, 1950 in La Junta, Colorado. Grace was 67 years of age.
She is survived by her mother, Annie Baca LeBlanc, children, Lora (Sergio Alvarado) Medina, Bill LeBlanc, grandchildren; Salvador Medina, Crystal (Nicholas Apodaca) Ponce, Michael Medina, Shasta (Karoline Hernandez) Nieto, Angel Martinez, Siblings; Loretta LeBlanc Trujillo, Catherine (Maury Santistevan) LeBlanc, Larry (Julie Tenorio) LeBlanc, Janet LeBlanc, Charlotte LeBlanc, greatgrandchildren; McKenna Varner, Dominic Sanchez, Destany Sanchez, Aaron Medina, Emery McCarter,
Grace is preceded in death by her father, Albino LeBlanc, Jr., sister, Mary Jane LeBlanc, and brother-in-law, Toni Trujillo.
She enjoyed baking, music, writing poems, canning, and going to church. She loved taking care of her mother, spending time with her dogs Chica and Lilly and she especially enjoyed spending time with her children and family. We will post service dates at a later time.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday December 23, at the First Christian Church in Rocky Ford, Colorado. Pastor John Dell will be officiating. A Final Committal will be held at the Rocky Ford Valley View cemetery following the Memorial Service. Arrangements have been entrusted to the loving care of Johnson-Romero Funeral Home.
