James David "Jim" "Jimmy" Montez was born on June 26th, 1958 in Pueblo, Colorado. He was called home on November 28th, 2019. He was 61 years of age. He is survived by his Mother, Sophie Montez, Son, Norbert (Cathie), Granddaughter, Angela, Daughter, Janis, Grandson, Isaiah Drama, Granddaughters, Keyara Rose and Marissa Jane, Brothers, Manuel (Louise) Montez, Lawrence (Mercy) Montez, Jerry (Elaine) Martinez,
Sisters, Gina (Cesar) Ayala & Pamela (Robert) Resendez,
many Nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Manuel Antonio "Joe" Montez, brother, Joseph "Fritz" Montez & Daughter Nadia Juliet Montez. Jim loved his family & friends.
He also loved music, especially The Doors. One of his
favorite songs was, "Send me an Angel" by Real Life.
He loved to play the harmonica and especially loved
the word of God. He carried his Bible everywhere he went. Jim will be extremely missed and always remembered for the wonderful, thoughtful & kind person he was and
always will be.
