Obituary for Jane Elsie Mora
Jane Elsie Mora of Rocky Ford, Colorado entered into rest February 8, 2018 at the Pioneer Health Care Center in Rocky Ford. She was born to Frank and Anita Mora, September 27, 1945 in Rainsville, New Mexico. She was 72 years of age.
Jane is survived by her brothers; Ramos Mora, Jerry Mora, Raymond (Maria) Mora, Sisters; Aurora Lujan, Pauline Valez, Helen Valencia, Frances (Floyd) Valencia, Grandchildren, Alichia Mora, Felichia Whatley, Letichia (Benny Aragon) Mora, Desirae DeWeese, God Daughter Chrissie Valencia, numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Anita Mora, daughter Elise Mora, several brothers and sisters.
Jane used to wake up to chickens and go to bed with the chickens. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.
A Rosary will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, February 15, 2018 followed by a Memorial Mass at 10:30 A.M. at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Rocky Ford, Colorado. Father Paul Ekeh will be officiating.
A Committal Service will be held at Hill Crest Cemetery following Funeral Services.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Johnson-Romero Family Funeral Home.
