John Bonifacio Gallegos of La Junta, Colorado, entered into rest, February 20, 2018.
He was born to John and Priscilla Gallegos, June 1, 1976 in Peublo, Colorado. John was 42 years of age.
He is survived by his parents; John and Priscilla of La Junta, Colorado, Sister, Bernadette (Eric) Romero of Raton, New Mexico. nephews, Vicente Jaramillo of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Kenneth E. Romero, Jr. of Raton, New Mexico, nieces, Sydnie M. Romero of Raton New Mexico, Jessica (Christopher) Gallegos and their children of Lamar, Colorado, Sabrina Jaramillo of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Christina Jaramillo of Albuquerque New Mexico, Alyssa Romero of Raton, New Mexico, step-grandmother, Simona Gallegos of Las Animas, Godmother, Vita DeHerrera of Rocky Ford, Colorado, several aunts, uncles and cousins and his special family from Inspiration Field.
John is preceded in death by his grandparents, John B. Gallegos and Wanda F. Gallegos, Eloy and Jane Rivera, Godfather Fred DeHerrera.
John loved music, dancing and dressing up for Halloween. He also enjoyed participating in activities put on by Inspiration Field and passing out food for Meals on Wheels.
His family is very thankful and appreciates all the loving care that he received by so many wonderful people at Inspiration Field.
A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday February 23, 2018 at Inspiration Field.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Johnson-Romero Family Funeral Home.
