Loretta Lucero of Pueblo, Colorado and former resident of Rocky Ford, Colorado entered into rest April 28, 2019 in Pueblo, Colorado. She was born in Rocky Ford, Colorado to Bernice and Reyes Gallegos October 11, 1957. She was 61 years of age.
She is survived by her Husband, Martin Lucero, of Pueblo, Colorado, brother, Herman Gallegos of Parrington, Texas, Leonard Gallegos of Pueblo, Colorado, Paul Gallegos of Rocky Ford, Colorado, sister, Lori Gallegos of Pueblo, Colorado, children; Joe (Patricia) Estrada of Pueblo, Colorado, Amada (Adrian) Price of Pueblo, Colorado, Desiree (Adam) Martinez of Pueblo, Colorado , Leroy (Christina) Lucero of Pueblo, Colorado, step-daughter Aubriana Estrada of Pueblo, Colorado, 21 grandchildren and one great grandchild and special friend Dawn Chavez.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Reyes and Bernice Gallegos, brothers; David Gallegos, Frank Gallegos, Ray Gallegos, Ben Gallegos, sister Tina Torrez, grandson, Jordan Estrada, numerous aunts and uncles.
Loretta retired from Burrito Betty’s in Pueblo. She enjoyed listening to oldies (JoJo’s Mom) and she especially loved her grandchildren.
A 10:00 A.M. Rosary will be held followed by a 10:30 A.M. Funeral Service Monday May 6, 2019 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Rocky Ford, Colorado. Deacon Terry Marinelli will be officiating.
