Jackie Crandall from Colorado Spirngs, met her beloved and blessed Savior face to
face on Friday, February 14, 2020, at the age of 88. She was born on March 16, 1931
to Claude and Attice Greener in Lamar, Arkansas. She grew up on a farm nine miles
south of Matheson, Colorado. On November 6, 1949, she was married to David Cecil
Crandall in Colorado Springs. They had three children, Sharon, Jim and Gail. The
family lived in Covina, California where David worked for the United States Postal
Service. Jackie was a License Vocational Nurse at the Inter-Community Hospital.
They both retired in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Jackie was preceded in death by her husband David August 16, 1992.
Grandson David James Crandall Jr. July 1997, and her son-in-law
Dave Pape September 2008.
She is survived by her children: Sharon Kay (Garry) Wilson of Lake Elsinore,
California. David James (Marilyn) Crandall of Swink, Colorado,
Gail Lynette Pape of Millbrae, California. Grandchildren: Peter Wilson,
Kelly (Scott)Rogers, Patrick Wilson, Jennifer (Dale) Palmer, John Crandall, Lindsey
(Zack) Patterson, Sarah (Nick) Pape-Alaimo, Andrew Pape.
Eleven Great-Grand Children. Siblings: Robert (Bob) Greener,
Charles Greener, Sue Johnson, Don Greener and Glenda Marshall.
She was an amazing cook, and loved to crochet afghans which she made
over one hundred afghans for church, family, and friends. She was a faithful supporter
of her church, Friendship Assembly of God and over the years enjoyed the fellowship
of many of her friends in the Keenagers Group.
She loved her television evangelist and supported them faithfully on a monthly basis.
She loved her family and was very generous to them over her years on this earth.
Most of all she loved and was faithful until the end
to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and enjoys the Splendor of Heaven today. She
will be missed by all who knew and cherished her.
A Funeral Service will be held at Friendship Assembly of God Church, officiated by
Pastor Jim Hagan and burial service will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
