Obituary for Robertitta "Peggy" Estrada Griego Pena
Robertitta "Peggy" Estrada Pena, entered into rest January 13, 2016. She was born to Emilia Gallegos Camacho and Ignacio (Nacho) Griego, August 10, 1964 in Las Vegas, NM. She was 51 years of age. She grew up in Rocky Ford where she attended schools. She was a dedicated member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. Volunteering at Schools in Swink, Rocky Ford, and Dallas was something she truly enjoyed. She was such an amazing woman, wonderful mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, aunt, godmother and friend to everyone she met. She was a #1 fan of the Dallas Cowboys!! She worked hard to raise her children with good morals and respect. She lived a life full of laughter and love despite having many medical issues for several years, which she overcame and never lost her sense of humor and love of life. She is survived by her parents, Emilia and Miguel Camacho of Rocky Ford, Ignacio "Nacho" and Pamela Griego of Rocky Ford. Children, Jesus and Cristina Estrada, Erica and Luis Saenz and Eric and Priscila Estrada all of Dallas, TX, grandchildren, Jesus Estrada III, Daniel Estrada, Jordan Estrada and Amahnie Saenz. Brothers, Ignacio "Nash" Griego and friend Margaret Munoz of La Junta, Rogelio "Marcos" and Ana Griego of Perryton, TX. Sisters, Victoria Yarra and Rosendo Gabriel of Perryton, TX, Daleen and Ramiro Munoz of Rocky ford, Marcelina and Francisco Aleman of Greeley, CO, Martha and Adrian Gonzales of Rocky Ford and Christina and Todd Anderson of Washington D.C. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles, cousin, nieces, nephews and godchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Pablo and Barbarita Rodriguez Griego, Marcelina Gallegos and Daniel Martinez and brother Ronnie Lee Griego. A.M. A committal will take place at the Valley View Cemetery in Rocky Ford.


A Rosary will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 13, 2016 followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:30
