Ruth Montano of La Junta, Colorado, entered into rest, August 14, 2019 at Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, Colorado.
She was born to Jose Montano and Linda Lovato November 19, 1970 in La Junta, Colorado. She was 48 years of age.
Ruth is survived by her special friend, Larry Pfannenstiel of La Junta, Colorado, children, Harley Scott of La Junta, Colorado, Haley Scott of La Junta, Colorado, brother, Eddie Montano of Craig, Colorado,
ex-husband, Dave Scott of La Junta, nieces and nephews, Daniel, Andriea, Derrick, Olivia and Amanda Montano and four great nieces.
She is preceded in death by her father, Jose E. Montano.
Ruth was a very loving and caring person. She would always help anyone in need. She had a heart of gold and she will be greatly missed. Ruth enjoyed working on cars. She really enjoyed her job as an automotive service manager. Ruth was a real people person.
A 2:00 P.M. Memorial Mass will be held Friday, August 23, 2019. Father Wertin will be officiating.
