Obituary for Vanessa Angelina Vigil
Vanessa Angelina Vigil, of Walsenburg, Colorado, entered into rest, April 2, 2024 at the Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center in Walsenburg.
She was born January 9, 1988 in Fort Belvior, Virginia, to Ronnie and Elaine Vigil. Vanessa was 36 years of age.
She is preceded in death by her significate other Marcus Ellis, grandparents, Adonias Vigil Jr. and Madeline Vigil, George and Vicky Estrada, cousins, Cabrini Estrada and Connie Perez.
She is survived by her children, Mark and Joseph Thompson, Patricia, and Maliq Ellis; parents, Ronnie (Geraldine) Vigil, Elaine (Jerry) Martinez; siblings, Christine (Lacey) Vigil, Adam Vigil, Sophia (Casey) Martinez, Lily (Isiah) Harmes, Godparents, Louis "Squeaky" and Virginia Martinez. Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Vanessa enjoyed listening to hip hop, rapping, tattoos and cooking. She loved spending time with her children, family, and friends. Vanessa will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Visitation will be held April 8, 2024 at 10:00 A.M followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 A.M. Pastor Debbie Reynolds will be officiating.
