Obituary for Charlotte Elaine Martinez
Charlotte Elaine Martinez of Rocky Ford, Colorado, peacefully entered into rest, March 5, 2021 surrounded by her family. She was born July 24, 1965 in Rocky Ford, Colorado to Annie and Albino LeBlanc. She was 55 years of age.
Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Tasha (Dave) Chavez of Rocky Ford, Colorado, Teirra (Chris) Hernandez of San Antonio, Texas, mother, Annie LeBlanc of Rocky Ford, Colorado, granddaughters, Audrianna, Alexia, Nevaeh, Rachel (Joseph) , great-granddaughter, Emaleigh, furbaby, Neezy, siblings, Bertha (Maury) Santistevan of Rocky Ford, Colorado, Janet (Scotty) LeBlanc of Ordway, Colorado, Larry (Julie) LeBlanc of Rocky Ford, and biological father Gene (Suzanne) Armijo of Rusk, Texas and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her dad, Albino Le Blanc and her sister, Grace LeBlanc. She will be greatly missed.
Charlotte was a Certified Nurse Assistant and took pride in helping others in their time of need. Charlotte enjoyed, dancing, flowers, feeding people and her lion collection. She loved her friends and family. She especially loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Rocky Ford on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
A Rosary will be held at 1:30 P.M. followed by a 2:00 P.M. Memorial Mass, Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church. Father Soosai will be officiating.
A celebration of life will follow the Memorial Mass at the Parish Hall..
Arrangements have been entrusted to the loving care of the Johnson-Romero Family Funeral Home.
