Obituary for Roseann Chavez Hernandez
Roseann Chavez-Hernandez, was born on July 28, 1966. She was raised in La Junta, Colorado. She was 55, years of age.
The Lord decided she accomplished what she needed, and it was time to go back home on October 7, 2021, at the Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center in La Junta, Colorado.
She is survived by her three daughters, Delores (Pablo), Trisha (Josh), and Erika, her beautiful Goddaughter, Kasper, handsome Godson Gabriel, stepfather, Frank Grajeda, brothers and sisters, Joyvette, George, Brenda, and JR, sixteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Fred, mother, Delores, daughter, Nicole and sister, Cheryl.
Rosann was a beautiful person with a big heart who loved and cared for everyone. She especially loved her two dogs (Bella and JoJo) more than she loved us. She had this beautiful smile to light up a room. She had this winkle between her eyebrows every time she was laughing, mad, or sad. She was always telling jokes or coloring. Her favorite color is purple, she was obsessed with her dolphins. Roseann loved the Pittsburg Steelers. She will always hold a special spot in our hearts and never be forgotten.

A 10:00 A.M. Rosary will be held followed by a 10:30 A.M. Memorial Mass, Friday, November 23, 2021 at Our Lady of Guadalupe St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in La Junta. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Johnson-Romero Funeral Home
