Obituary for Joseph D. Peña
Joseph D. Peña of Pueblo, Colorado, went to be with the Lord October 23, 2023, at his residence in Pueblo.
He was born November 11, in Ordway, Colorado to the late Esther and Angel Peña, He was 71 years of age,
Joe is survived by his brothers and sisters, John (Jessie) Peña, Patricia Peña, Gilbert Peña, Nadine Ortiz, Chrstopher (Chris Wright), Peña, Evelyn (Dallas) Payne, Vivian-Pena (Henry) Lopez, Steve (Janet) Peña, Carolyn Murphy, and brother-in-law Carmen Hernandez.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Angel and Esther Peña, his sister Mary Hernandez, and his brother in laws, John Murphy and Daniel Ortiz.
Joe was an avid Denver Broncos fan, a wrestling fan and let's not forget Hank Williams. He was a beloved history buff and would captivate you with his knowledge, and... he was always right. He also knew everybody's birthdays.
Joe will be greatly missed by all, especially by his nieces and nephews.
