Obituary for Robert Louie Pena
Robert Louie Pena, of Ordway, Colorado lost a 2 month battle with multiple disease complications Monday, July 30 at Parkview Hospital Pueblo, Colorado.
Bob was born in La Junta, Colorado on November 30, 1950 a son to
the late Ruperto A. Pena and Harriet Medina Pena. He was 67 years of age.
Bob attended schools in Ordway and graduated from Crowley County High School in 1970. Upon graduation Bob went to Otero Junior College in La Junta, Co.
Bob worked many jobs over his life which include American Crystal Sugar Factory in Rocky Ford, Co Rocky Mountain Clothing Factory in Rocky Ford, Co and Otero Junior College in La Junta, Co.
Bob is survived by; brothers Jesse Pena and Daniel Pena of Ordway, sister Diana (Michael) Wise of Pueblo West, Co and furry niece “Dori”. Bob was preceded in death by twin brother John “Manuel” Pena and sister Becky Pena.
Bob was an avid Denver Bronco Fan and loved the Colorado Rockies. He will still be cheering for them from his 50 yard line box seat in heaven.
Per his request there will be no service. Inurnment will be private at a later date at the Ordway Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Johnson-Romero Funeral Home, La Junta, Colorado.
